The Concept
Our open kitchen concept allows guests to see the chef and assistants in action. At Michinoku we have nothing to hide and take great pride in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization. With the ability to hold up to 32 guests, our restaurant may seem small, but we like to think of it as warm and inviting, enabling the chef to take extra care in the individual preparation and presentation of his dishes.

Our Competitive Edge
We stand out from other sushi and Japanese restaurants in the Niagara Falls region by providing guests with the freshest ingredients and exploring delectable and unique ways to present Japanese food.

Our open-kitchen concept allows you to see the care and passion that is put into making an exceptional meal.

The restaurant will be closed to the public and will be booked-out exclusively to our guests dining in that day.

Chef Okabe will offer omakase every Sunday for a limited number of guests.
